I have not received my order, what should I do?

How are orders delivered?
Tickets and Oyster cards are posted by regular mail from our warehouse in Hampshire, England. Merchandise is posted from our warehouse in Nottingham, England.
Can I have my order delivered to my hotel or an address in the UK?
Yes, but please be sure that when you place an order on our website that you fill in the correct billing address and then select the new shipping address that you would like your order sent to.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are generally posted within 24 hours of the order being placed. The expected delivery time for each country is shown in the shop before you select your items.
Will I receive a Travelcard or Oyster card or will it be a voucher for exchange upon arrival?
You will receive the actual product, not a voucher. This will enable you to enter the system as soon as you arrive in London
What else will I receive with my order?
Your order will arrive in an envelope containing a receipt containing the order details and the unique reference number.
