Accessibility statement
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This accessibility statement applies to the TfL Visitor Shop website.
This website is run by Golden Tours on behalf of Transport for London. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings;
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen;
- navigate the website using just a keyboard;
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software;
- skip to the main content using the “Skip to content” link; and
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
This website was launched in 2026 on the Shopify platform, using a theme designed with accessibility in mind. We have tried to build it to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard, but we have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit.
We know some parts of this website may not be fully accessible:
- some images used in banners and cards may not have fully descriptive alternative text;
- some links to other websites, such as TfL journey planning pages, may not meet the same accessibility standard as this website; and
- the checkout and payment pages are provided by Shopify and our payment providers, so we have limited control over their design.
We will update this statement when we have tested the website and know more.
What to do if you cannot access parts of this website
