Annual or seasonal tickets?
The TfL Visitor Shop provides Visitor Oyster Cards and London weekly or daily Travelcards only. This does mean that our team do not have access to the data relating to seasonal or annual TfL ticket purchases.

Travelcards
Travelcards are date and user-specific and therefore are typically non-refundable.
However, in light of the current circumstances, we are evaluating all the requests with the necessary attention.
Please complete our contact form providing your order number, the date of original purchase and your planned travel dates and we will respond on a case by case basis.
We will reply with all information and instructions as necessary.

Visitor Oyster Cards
The credit on Visitor Oyster Cards does not expire so we do encourage you to hold on to these for the next time you are able to visit London.
Alternatively, you may get a full refund (minus our shipping cost) if you return unused Visitor Oyster Cards to us within 14 days of purchase
Beyond 14 days and in light of the current circumstances, we are evaluating all the requests with the necessary attention.
